I teach cooking with a focus on Mexican and Latin American food, alongside Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. Available for guest teaching, private classes and corporate experiences.

About Me

I'm endlessly curious. I like learning new things, getting stuck into a problem, building ideas from scratch and seeing what happens when you give them the right ingredients to grow.

I've spent the last 10+ years in marketing, growth, content and digital, helping businesses turn good ideas into things people notice, want and come back to. I've grown audiences, built strategies, redesigned websites, run campaigns, developed partnerships and created content, always looking for the sweet spot between creative thinking and measurable results.

My career started in food. I taught cooking, then moved behind the scenes in cookery schools, where I discovered I loved the business side just as much as the food. That combination has shaped how I work ever since.

Today, I bring that mix of curiosity, creativity and commercial thinking to the projects I work on, whether that's helping a business grow, creating something from scratch or getting people excited about food.

And cooking? That's how I connect with people. It's my love language. Teaching it is how I share it.
